UI Design System Designer

We are seeking a UI Design System Designer to develop, maintain, and enhance the UI

Design System for the InnovestX investment application.

This role focuses on creating scalable, reusable, and consistent UI components to deliver

seamless digital experiences across investment and trading journeys.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI Design System Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain a scalable UI Design System for the InnovestX mobile application.
• Create and manage reusable UI components, design tokens, typography, color palettes, spacing, grids, and iconography using Figma.
• Establish and maintain UI standards, component guidelines, and design documentation.
• Ensure visual consistency and usability across different features and investment products.
• Continuously enhance the Design System to support new features and evolving business requirements.

2. Investment Application UI Design

• Design and refine UI components for investment and trading experiences
• Develop UI patterns that clearly present complex financial information
• Ensure consistent interaction patterns across different investment journeys.
• Create responsive and accessible UI components optimized for mobile platforms.
• Consider usability, accuracy, and clarity in financial transactions to minimize user errors.

3.Design System Optimization

• Evaluate existing UI components and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain Figma libraries and component documentation to support efficient design workflows.
• Ensure UI components align with usability and accessibility best practices.
• Stay updated on UI Design System trends, mobile design standards, and digital financial product experiences.
• Support the continuous improvement of Design System adoption across digital product teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in UI Design, Product Design, or Design System development.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and maintaining Design Systems for mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and Libraries.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, layouts, color systems, and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating with developers and understanding the technical constraints of iOS and Android applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, UI consistency, and component-based design.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI Design System development and mobile application design experience is required.
• Experience in Banking, Securities Brokerage, FinTech, Wealth Management, or Investment Platforms.
