UI Designer

• The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, film, concept art, and industrial design. Our team’s purpose is connecting the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand
• Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a UI Designer to join our core team. You will be developing future interfaces and immersive experiences, supporting the EagleEye program
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute user experiences across mixed reality and web
• Visual development using sketches and digital comps
• Deliver high and low fidelity prototypes
• Collaborate with product teams and multidisciplinary design team
• Conduct user testing with military and active-duty warfighters to validate designs
• Design user flows and wireframes
• Contribute to the development of Anduril’s mixed reality interface design identity
• Participate and share work in design reviews with senior leadership and external partners

• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or equivalent
• Understanding of human factors and accessibility
• Strong visual designer and communicator
• Experience in AR/VR/XR interfaces
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in UI/UX design, HCI
• A portfolio demonstrating interface designs for software platforms, games, or relevant
• Must work on-site at HQ
• Basic knowledge of front-end development
