UI Designer

Job Summary

NaXum Online Marketing Services, LLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to contribute to user interfaces for its referral-marketing technology platforms.

The UI Designer will focus on creating clean, intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences that support user needs and business objectives. This role requires a combination of visual-design ability, attention to detail, problem solving, and collaboration with development and other cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate enjoys turning requirements and ideas into practical interfaces while continually improving their design knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web-based products and platforms.
• Translate requirements and concepts into wireframes, mockups, layouts, and interface designs.
• Create user-centered designs that balance usability, functionality, and visual quality.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, developers, client-facing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency across interface components, layouts, and design elements.
• Review requirements and incorporate appropriate feedback into design revisions.
• Help identify usability issues and recommend practical design improvements.
• Prepare design assets and specifications for development teams.
• Ensure designs are practical for implementation across applicable devices and screen sizes.
• Stay current with UI/UX techniques, tools, software, and design trends.
• Participate in design reviews and collaborative project discussions.
• Maintain organized design files and supporting documentation.
• Continuously improve existing interfaces based on project and user needs.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of user-interface and visual-design principles.
• Ability to create clean, organized, and user-friendly digital interfaces.
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX design tools.
• Understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and responsive design.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good creative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into practical designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to receive feedback and incorporate appropriate revisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education, professional training, or practical experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related area.
• Previous UI, web, product, or digital-design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant interface or digital-design work.
• Familiarity with responsive web-design principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is helpful.
• Experience collaborating with frontend developers or software-engineering teams is beneficial.
• Experience designing interfaces for SaaS, e-commerce, CRM, marketing technology, or other web applications is helpful.
