UI Designer

Responsibility:

• Lead UI design activities using established Design System standards.
• Create and maintain Components, Variables/Tokens, Auto Layout and reusable design assets.
• Prepare complete UI specifications, annotations and documentation for developers.
• Define spacing, sizing, responsive breakpoints and UI states (default, hover, disabled, loading, error).
• Use Figma Dev Mode / Inspect and align design elements with code components.
• Export assets (icons, SVGs, images) in developer-ready formats.
• Work closely with Frontend Developers to support implementation and troubleshoot UI issues.
• Provide component mapping and Design-to-Code guidance.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility and visual quality across products.
• Understand user flows and provide UX context for development handoff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI Design, Design Systems or Frontend Collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Variables/Tokens, Dev Mode).
• Strong understanding of Design Systems and Component Thinking.
• Experience working closely with Frontend Developers.
• Knowledge of React and modern frontend frameworks is preferred.
• Understanding of Flexbox, CSS Grid and responsive design principles.
• Experience in Design-to-Development Handoff.
