Clutch is looking for a talented, detail-driven UI Designer with advanced Figma expertise for a client of ours—a premier global health and wellness marketing agency. We are seeking a digital product and interface designer who can translate complex health ecosystems into intuitive, engaging, and user-centric web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Interface Design & Execution: Design clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces (UI) for digital health platforms, responsive websites, portals, and mobile applications.
• Advanced Figma Mastery: Leverage expert-level Figma capabilities—including robust design systems, component libraries, auto-layout, interactive prototyping, and variables—to build scalable design foundations.
• Complex Problem Solving: Transform complex medical information, patient journeys, and HCP workflows into seamless, easy-to-navigate digital experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX researchers, copywriters, developers, and product managers from concept through hand-off to ensure flawless digital execution.
• Design System Management: Maintain and expand comprehensive component libraries and design tokens to streamline production across multidisciplinary product teams.
• Regulatory & Brand Alignment: Ensure all digital interfaces respect brand visual guidelines while keeping accessibility (WCAG) and healthcare compliance standards top of mind.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI or digital product design experience, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or complex enterprise environments.
• Expert, hands-on proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of component-driven design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive web layouts, and mobile-first design best practices.
• Exceptional eye for typography, grid systems, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
