UI Development Lead

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive UI architecture, frontend standards, reusable components, and development best practices.

Design and develop responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and Lit/Web Components.

Architect and build scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, REST APIs, and Microservices. Lead application modernization initiatives, including Micro Frontends and API transformation.

Ensure application security, performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability. Design and optimize data models, database schemas, and queries across relational and NoSQL databases.

Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence. Support DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and production support. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, solution design, and release management. Required Experience 10+ years of software development experience. 5+ years in Technical Lead, UI Lead, UI Architect, or Full Stack Lead roles. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications. Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain preferred. Technical Skills Frontend React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) Lit/Web Components Redux / State Management HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS Micro Frontends Responsive Design & Accessibility Backend Java 11/17+ Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Quarkus REST APIs, GraphQL Microservices Architecture JPA/Hibernate Spring Security Databases Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL MongoDB, Redis Data Modeling & Query Optimization Cloud & DevOps Azure, AWS Docker, Kubernetes Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines Linux/Unix Testing JUnit, Mockito Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress Integration & Performance Testing Preferred Qualifications Experience with Banking, Lending, Risk, or Financial Platforms. Knowledge of Cloud-Native and Event-Driven Architectures. Experience with Micro Frontends and Enterprise UI Design Systems. Strong understanding of security, compliance, and Agile delivery practices.
