About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced UI Engineers and Frontend Developers to contribute to an advanced AI Evaluation & Training Project. In this role, you will use your expertise in UI engineering and frontend development to help evaluate and improve AI systems' ability to understand, reason about, and perform complex UI and frontend tasks.

Prior AI experience is not required. Strong UI and frontend development expertise is the primary requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces
• Build scalable frontend solutions using React, Vue, or Angular
• Translate product and design requirements into functional user experiences
• Develop reusable, component-based architectures
• Optimize frontend performance, usability, and accessibility
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
• Participate in design reviews and maintain UI consistency
• Apply modern UI/UX, accessibility, animation, and design-system best practices
• Document technical decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in UI Design and Frontend Development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with React, Vue, or Angular
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with component-based architecture
• Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UI animations and micro-interactions
• Experience working with design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive product development
• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
