UI Path Developer

UiPath Developer We are looking for an experienced UiPath Developer to join a collaborative team consisting of three developers on the delivery partner's side and three business analysts on the client's side, working independently while maintaining close communication and direct collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Development: Develop new RPA processes and implement enhancements, extensions, and change requests for existing automations.
• Framework Integration: Learn, understand, and consistently apply the project's customized UiPath framework, leveraging existing reusable components and libraries to ensure code quality, maintainability, and development efficiency.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing of individual code modules, execute end-to-end tests, and participate in code reviews before processes are submitted for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deployment and Go-Live Support: Support production deployments following customer approval and provide hypercare assistance to monitor robot behavior, identify potential issues, and ensure operational stability.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation, ideally during the hypercare phase, ensuring that development changes and process behavior are properly documented.
• Version Control: Ensure that all code changes are consistently committed, synchronized, and maintained in the Bitbucket repository.
• Production Monitoring and Support: Monitor automated processes running in production and respond promptly to incidents, particularly those caused by technical issues in connected systems.
• Incident Analysis and Resolution: Acknowledge incidents promptly, investigate root causes, communicate findings clearly, implement appropriate fixes, and coordinate follow-up testing with the client when necessary.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client-side analysts and other developers to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and ensure the successful delivery and maintenance of automation processes.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• Practical experience with UiPath Orchestrator and the operational aspects of running and maintaining RPA solutions in production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Proactive communication skills and a strong sense of ownership, particularly when handling production incidents and time-sensitive requests.
• Attention to detail, diligence, and a structured approach to development, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team and client-side stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• German language skills.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaborative development.
• Experience working with custom automation frameworks and reusable UiPath libraries.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale RPA solutions in production environments.
