About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating visually appealing designs and user-friendly digital experiences.

This role involves working on a variety of design projects, including websites, web applications, mobile applications, brochures, logos, branding materials, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collaterals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Create logos, brochures, flyers, banners, posters, company profiles, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Design creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
• Develop branding and visual identity materials for internal and client projects.
• Work closely with developers and project teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Understand client and business requirements and translate them into effective creative design solutions.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, components, and branding across different projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and UI/UX best practices.

Required Skills Experience

• 1 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
• Ability to design modern and responsive website, web application, and mobile application interfaces.
• Experience designing logos, brochures, social media creatives, banners, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, layouts, and branding.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with clients, developers, marketers, and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Preferred / Added Advantage

The following skills are an advantage but are not mandatory:

• Experience with Adobe XD, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
• Experience working with web development or digital marketing teams.
• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how UI designs are implemented on the web.
