In this role, youll play a pivotal role in the entire design process, from understanding user needs to creating user interfaces that are not only beautiful but also functional and user-friendly. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring innovative ideas to life. We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centered designs and will be responsible for enhancing the overall user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps to visualize user flows and inform design decisions.

• Design user interfaces (UIs) that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and consistent with our brand identity.

• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to showcase design concepts and gather user feedback.

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical requirements.

• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a related field.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects.

• In-depth understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.

• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and user experience (UX) principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
