Role Summary:
Support the design and delivery of user-centered digital experiences in the MedTech domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Gather and analyze user, business, and technical requirements
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design intuitive user interfaces aligned with design standards and accessibility guidelines
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams throughout the design lifecycle
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements
• Support usability testing activities and translate findings into actionable design recommendations
• Document design specifications and behaviors for development teams
• Ensure consistency across products by leveraging design systems and reusable components
• Participate in requirements discussions, design walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• 5+ years of UX design experience for web, mobile, or enterprise applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and delivered products
• Proficiency in Figma and standard UX design tools
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Design in front end technologies
• ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, enterprise software, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Experience collaborating within Agile product development teams
