Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer who can design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both UI/UX design principles and front-end implementation, with the ability to convert design concepts into responsive and functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and understand user requirements and business objectives.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly design systems and reusable UI components.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive front-end interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and overall design systems.
• Perform usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
• Identify UX issues and recommend practical design solutions.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and product functionality.
• Ensure designs work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, UI Development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Good knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and front-end development is preferred.
• Experience designing responsive websites and web applications.
• Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of usability and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks.
