Position :- UiPath Developer
Experience :- 3+ Year relevant into UiPath Development
Location :- Bangalore Complete Work from Client office (5 Days / week)
Shift Timing :– 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

Required Skill Matrix -

Mandatory Skill

• Experience 3 years in UiPath development- Proven ability to build end-to-end RPA solutions
• Experience in client-facing environments

Desirable/Nice-to-Have Skill

• Exposure to Power Automate (multi-platform automation capability)
• Experience with APIs and system integrations (enterprise scalability)
• Knowledge of Databases / SQL (data-driven automation)

Soft Skills
Analytical thinking (for process assessment & optimization)
Proactivity (ownership in automation lifecycle)Results-oriented mindset (delivery focus)

Job Requirements -

1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 4+ years of experience in implementing/designing solutions using RPA technologies
3. Good hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and automation
4. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps-driven environments
5. Relevant Experience - Minimum 3+ years
6. Critical thinker and good problem-solver
7. Good oral and written communication skills
8. Cross-team coordination and team collaboration (distributed/global teams)
9. Good team player, self-starter, and good analytical skills
10. Good understanding about code quality, security standards, and programming best practices

Position Overview –
NTT DATA is looking for an UiPath Developer with experience in UiPath to join a client-facing project. The selected candidate will be involved in the development, maintenance, and optimization of automated processes, working closely with business and technical teams. Additionally, you will collaborate on a daily basis with the team based in Spain, being part of an international and multi-site coordinated environment

Job Responsibilities –
Core Delivery

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath- Build end-to-end automation workflows aligned with business requirements
• Analyse and identify processes suitable for automation (feasibility assessment)
  Maintenance & Support
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
  Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
• Collaborate with international teams (e.g., Spain-based teams) in a client-facing setup
  Quality & Documentation
• Participate in testing cycles (UAT) and ensure solution quality
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for processes and automations
