UiPath RPA Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Solution Architect / Technical Lead / SME / Senior Developer with strong hands-on technical expertise in enterprise automation, solution architecture, and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will be capable of independently designing, developing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end RPA solutions, leading technical teams, advising stakeholders, and driving automation best practices. Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance is preferred but not mandatory.

Role Requirements

• Overall Experience: 15+ years
• UiPath Experience: 8+ years
• UiPath Solution Architecture Experience: 5+ years
• Technical Lead Experience: 3+ years
• Work Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
• Work Arrangement: On-site at the Philadelphia office 1–2 days per week (mandatory)
• P&C Insurance Domain Experience: Preferred, not mandatory

Mandatory Technical Skills

• UiPath RPA: Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, REFramework, Insights, Document Understanding, and UiPath AI capabilities.
• Application Automation: Experience automating SAP, Salesforce, legacy thick-client applications, Outlook, Excel, macros, PDFs, databases, web applications, and API-driven processes.
• Programming: .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.5+, VB.NET, and C#.
• Integration Technologies: SOA, SOAP, and REST services.
• Database & DevOps: SQL Server 2019+, TFS, and Azure DevOps.
• Intelligent Automation: OCR, Computer Vision (CV), document processing, and AI-enabled automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an Automation Lead and technical advisor to senior management on UiPath capabilities, automation strategy, and AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Independently assess automation feasibility, analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• Architect, design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end UiPath automation solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution-design meetings, and walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
• Manage RPA production operations during on-site working hours, troubleshoot bot failures, and resolve technical issues affecting automation processes.
• Establish and promote best practices in coding standards, solution design, quality, performance, reusability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers, review technical deliverables, and provide guidance on implementation and issue resolution.
• Prepare and review solution architecture documents, technical design documents, and SDLC deliverables.
• Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer, smooth handoffs, and delivery quality.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, scheduling, scope management, change management, risk assessment, and progress monitoring.
• Stay current with UiPath product enhancements and AI capabilities to improve automation efficiency and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance business processes and business process analysis.
• Experience in insurance-related automation initiatives, document processing, and workflow optimization.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale automation programs and intelligent automation solutions.

Note: P&C Insurance experience is a plus, but candidates with strong UiPath RPA architecture, hands-on development, and technical leadership experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise RPA solutions independently and coordinating with client stakeholders.
• Experience leading offshore development teams and supporting production automation environments.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
