RUNDZEE is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative UI/UX & Visual Designer who can transform ideas, business requirements, and user needs into visually compelling and intuitive digital experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design and graphic design skills with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, particularly for mobile and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for mobile applications, websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Design intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces, layouts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens.
• Develop and maintain brand identity, design systems, components, and visual guidelines.
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, grids, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content, UI/UX, and Development teams to translate concepts and requirements into effective designs.
• Create graphics, illustrations, promotional materials, and other digital assets aligned with RUNDZEE's brand identity.
• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder, product, and user feedback.
• Prepare design assets and specifications for developer handoff and digital publication.
• Maintain consistency across platforms, screens, campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design technologies, digital products, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, Visual Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, visual design, branding, and digital design capabilities. Portfolio is required.

• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong understanding of:

  • UI/UX design principles
  • Typography
  • Color theory
  • Layout and composition
  • Grid systems and spacing
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Design systems and reusable components

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of design systems, Auto Layout, responsive/adaptive design, and developer handoff.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and modern web technologies.
• Experience designing for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, marketplace, delivery, SaaS, or technology platforms.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
• Understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
