Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern to help design intuitive, functional, and visually sophisticated digital experiences across our product ecosystem.

You will work at the intersection of user research, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, prototyping, usability, and product strategy, collaborating with product managers, developers, marketers, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities1. User Experience Design

• Research user needs, behaviours, motivations, and pain points.
• Translate user problems into structured UX solutions.
• Design user journeys, workflows, and interaction models.
• Identify usability issues and opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, and experience maps.

2. UI Design

Design high-quality interfaces for:

• Mobile applications
• Web applications
• Dashboards
• Product platforms
• AI interfaces
• Voice-interaction systems
• Internal tools and digital experiences

Work with typography, spacing, grids, visual hierarchy, components, accessibility, and interaction patterns.

3. Product-Specific Design

4. Prototyping

• Create low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Convert product requirements into interactive experiences.
• Prototype complex user flows before development.
• Conduct usability testing on prototypes.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and behavioural insights.

5. Design Systems

Assist in developing and maintaining:

• UI component libraries
• Design tokens
• Typography systems
• Colour systems
• Spacing systems
• Interaction patterns
• Responsive design guidelines
• Accessibility standards
• Reusable design components

6. User Research & Usability

Conduct or assist with:

• User interviews
• User surveys
• Usability testing
• Competitive research
• Persona development
• Journey mapping
• Behavioural analysis
• Heuristic evaluation
• Product feedback analysis

Convert research findings into actionable product-design recommendations.

7. Product & Engineering Collaboration

Work closely with:

• Product managers
• Software developers
• Robotics engineers
• Marketing teams
• Graphic designers
• Business teams

Ensure that designs are technically feasible, clearly documented, and accurately implemented.

8. Design Thinking & Product Strategy

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
