We are looking for a Product Design Intern based in London to help us improve the rail booking experience for users across EU market.

Responsibilities

1. Support product interface design for European rail products.
2. Participate in defining and improving product experience and visual style, and provide design suggestions to support smooth project delivery.
3. Participate in local user research to understand user needs and behaviors, identify local experience opportunities, and share insights with the team.
4. Participate in project brainstorming, creative conception, and support designers with related design work.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Major in Art/Visual/Interaction Design or related field. Relevant internship experience is preferred.
2. Basic Figma skills, including components, auto layout, design tokens and prototyping is a MUST.
3. Familiarity with mobile app design standards and a basic understanding of interaction design.
4. Passionate about design, with good visual sensitivity, creativity, and the ability to adopt to different design style
