Job Description – UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer

Department: Digital Marketing
Function: Website Design & Development / Product UI & UX

Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer who can independently handle website design and development while also supporting the UI/UX design and front-end development of our software products.

The role requires a combination of creative design, user experience thinking and front-end development skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Design & Development

• Design, develop and maintain the corporate website and related web pages.
• Create modern, responsive and visually engaging website layouts.
• Convert Figma designs into functional web pages.
• Develop using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind and relevant front-end technologies.
• Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Work with the Digital Marketing team on landing pages, campaign pages, product pages and microsites.
• Implement website changes required for SEO, AEO/GEO, performance and user experience.

2. Product UI/UX Design & Development

• Design UI/UX for software products, dashboards, modules and new features.
• Understand product requirements and convert them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI designs.
• Design clean and intuitive interfaces for complex workflows.
• Develop approved product interfaces using relevant front-end technologies.
• Create reusable UI components and maintain a consistent design system across products.
• Continuously improve existing product interfaces based on feedback and usability requirements.
• Explore and incorporate relevant AI-driven UI/UX tools and modern design practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Figma – Advanced
• HTML5 & CSS3 – Strong
• JavaScript – Good
• Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
• Responsive Web Design
• Wireframing & Prototyping
• UI Design Systems & Component Libraries
• Understanding of UX principles and user journeys
• Basic knowledge of React / Angular / other modern front-end frameworks preferred
• Understanding of Git/version control preferred
• Basic understanding of SEO and web performance
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar tools is an advantage

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science / IT / Design / Visual Communication or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX, website design and front-end development.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both design and development capabilities is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
