UI/UX Design & E-commerce Optimization

• Design intuitive wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for our e-commerce website.
• Optimize user journeys to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and improve navigation.
• Maintain and expand our digital design system to ensure visual consistency across all web pages. [1]

QA Testing & Workflow Automation

• Set up and maintain automated browser testing to ensure web functionality and design consistency.
• Implement and manage automated Android and iOS testing to validate mobile app or mobile web responsiveness.
• Map, review, and test critical e-commerce workflows like user registration, checkout, and payment gateways.
• Document, track, and report visual bugs or functional friction points to the engineering team.

Social Media & Digital Asset Creation

• Design high-impact visual graphics for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create marketing assets such as promotional banners, email templates, and digital ad creatives.
• Align all social media content with our core brand identity and modern design trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 23 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, specifically working on e-commerce platforms.
• Design Tools: Professional mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
• Automation Testing: Hands-on experience with automated web browser testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and mobile automation frameworks for Android and iOS (e.g., Appium).
• E-commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce UX best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user psychology.
• Graphic Design: Strong portfolio demonstrating layout skills, typography, and engaging social media creative design.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between design concepts, marketing goals, and technical development
