UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and understand user needs.
• Develop user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and business teams.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
• Improve existing products based on user behavior and feedback.
• Maintain UI/UX design systems and guidelines.
• Prepare high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure consistency across digital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows and usability.
• Good understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
• Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX projects is required.
• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise applications is an advantage.
