UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain design component libraries and standards using Figma (and/or design systems), unifying the product's visual language and improving design–development collaboration;
2. Responsible for end-to-end App and Web interface design, delivering high-fidelity visual specs, interaction flows, and motion design concepts to ensure high restoration quality and excellent user experience;
3. Conduct visual style exploration and concept art pre-visualization for new products/features; create high-quality, on-brand operational visuals, campaign pages, and key visual assets;
4. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and R&D teams across requirements review, design QA, and delivery acceptance; manage external design vendor workflows, quality standards, and feedback revisions when needed;
5. Continuously optimize UI/UX design based on user test feedback, data analysis, and feature iterations throughout the full product lifecycle (from 0-to-1 launch to continuous operations).

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Design, Game Art, Visual Communication, or other related fields (Top-tier art academies preferred);
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Web, Mobile App, or Interactive GUI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing full 0-to-1 product launch experience and end-to-end interface design capabilities;
3. Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion design tools; hands-on experience with design engines/tools (such as Unity GUI, engine visual implementation, or asset management) is a strong plus;
4. Outstanding visual design fundamentals and refined aesthetic sense, with demonstrated experience in establishing style baselines, theme design, and high-impact marketing visuals;
5. Strong cross-departmental communication skills, familiar with version schedule management and agile development workflows; experience in vendor management (outsourcing supervision) and acceptance standards is preferred;
6. Fast learner with a self-driven, conscientious attitude, adaptable to fast-paced product iterations and complex interaction scenarios
