What they need
Position: UX/UI Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the needs of system users.
- Design user experiences (UX), user interfaces (UI) for the system that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and meet user requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to conceptualize and gather feedback from the team and stakeholders.
- Participate in design planning meetings with the development team and other stakeholders.
- Test and evaluate the UX/UI to identify areas for improvement and make continuous enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles in theory and practice
- Passion for design, eager to learn new trends
- Skilled in creating wireframes and prototypes
- Proficiency in illustration and design tools like Figma
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation abilities
- Problem-solving skills, ability to analyze issues and find solutions
- Positive attitude, open to learning and feedback
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Graphics, Digital Media, or related fields

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- วิเคราะห์และทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานระบบ
- ออกแบบประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ (UX), หน้าตาผู้ใช้งาน (UI) ของระบบให้มีความสวยงาม ใช้งานง่าย และตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
- สร้าง User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes และแบบจำลองต่างๆ เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดและรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากทีมงานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ร่วมประชุมและวางแผนการออกแบบกับทีมพัฒนาระบบ และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอื่นๆ
- ทดสอบและประเมินผล UX/UI เพื่อค้นหาจุดบกพร่องและปรับปรุงแก้ไขอย่างต่อเนื่อง
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
- มีความเข้าใจหลักการ UX/UI ทั้งในด้านทฤษฎีและการปฏิบัติเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความหลงใหลในงานออกแบบ ชอบที่จะเรียนรู้เทรนด์ใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
- มีทักษะการสร้าง Wireframes และ Prototypes
- มีทักษะในการวาดภาพประกอบและใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบกราฟิก เช่น Figma ได้
- มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม การสื่อสาร และการนำเสนองานได้ดี
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาทางแก้ไขได้
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก พร้อมเรียนรู้และรับฟังข้อคิดเห็น
วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีสาขาการออกแบบ คอมพิวเตอร์กราฟิก สื่อดิจิตอล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
