Job Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences while collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate has strong UX fundamentals, hands-on Figma experience, and a good understanding of front-end technologies and API-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered digital experiences based on user needs, business requirements, and UX best practices.
• Apply UX principles, usability standards, and information architecture to create intuitive interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain consistent UI patterns and contribute to design systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and other key teams throughout the design process.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Communicate design decisions, concepts, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Consider technical requirements involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and REST APIs when designing solutions.

Ideal Candidate

• Mid-level UI/UX Designer with relevant professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and UX problem-solving.
• Proficient in Figma and modern UI/UX design workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Has a working understanding of front-end technologies and API concepts.
• Able to work onsite 2–3 times per week in BGC, Taguig.
