• Front-End Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility, clear handover, and consistent implementation.
• Iterative Design: Refine visuals and layouts based on team feedback, basic usability testing, and analytics to optimize user flow.
• Design Systems: Maintain and expand design components, ensuring responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience, specifically focusing on web structure and digital products.
• Core Skills: Solid foundation in visual design, layout hierarchy, information architecture, and responsive web design principles.
• Tooling Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Figma (or equivalent tools like Sketch / Adobe XD).
• Technical Awareness: Practical understanding of front-end web structure (HTML/CSS) to ensure your designs can be efficiently built by developers.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing end-to-end web design projects, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Location: Must be able to work full-time on-site at our office in Ahmedabad.
