UI/UX Designer

Company is looking for senior designers who are interested in creating trends and thrive on details. Applicants with strong interest in creating user interface applications with pixel perfect look, feel designs and implementation guides are the ones for us. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into clear, functional designs
• In depth understanding of UX audits utilizing the 10 key heuristics and the ability to evaluate design on each oneSolid experience in Creating wireframe and mock-ups, prototypes and graphic design elements (icons, illustrations, layouts) aligned
• Strong proficiency in motion graphics and interaction design, with the ability to create engaging micro-interactions, animations, and dynamic UI transitions that enhance user experience
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards as WCAG and GIGW guildlines

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong understanding of UI Principles and strong knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/ UI design and usability
• Create and manage design assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), and other industry-standard tools
• Deep experience in Figma, including components auto-layouts, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Solid experience working with and maintaining design systems at scale
• A keen aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for crafting visually appealing designs to high levels Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS and HTML, JavaScript skills

Education and Certification- Bachelor's degree with specialization in Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Psychology or Multimedia, etc.

• Good to have Certification in Design Thinking.
