UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with hands-on experience in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma for wireframing and prototyping, and have a passion for user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Apply UI design principles to create visually appealing and consistent interfaces.
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Ensure design deliverables are ready for development handoff and support implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and Figma-based prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
