Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can independently own the end-to-end design process. The ideal candidate should be strong in wireframing, have the ability to understand product requirements from documentation, and translate them into intuitive, user-centric designs. A working knowledge of HTML and CSS is required to ensure smooth collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business and product requirements from requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
• Collaborate with developers using HTML and CSS knowledge to ensure design implementation matches intent
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on feedback
• Maintain and enhance design consistency and usability standards
• Take complete ownership of assigned design tasks and deliver with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Must have experience in wireframing and prototyping
• Proven ability to understand and interpret requirements from documentation
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Experience working with design systems
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or frontend frameworks
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
