About the Company

Mindware is a fast-growing technology company building next-generation digital products and business solutions. Our flagship product is a real-time Live Dating & Matrimony Platform (Mobile + Web) designed to redefine how people connect through live video, interactive features, and AI-powered matchmaking.

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can contribute to real-world digital products and work closely with our Product and Development teams.

General Company Work Policy

• Work Mode: 100% Work From Office (WFO)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
• Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Dwarka, New Delhi
• Candidates should be flexible to work additional hours whenever required to meet project deadlines.
• A mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed before joining.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Candidates with a degree/diploma in B.Des, M.Des, UI/UX Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related fields are preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Figma and modern UI/UX design principles.
• Experience designing mobile and web applications will be preferred.
• Candidates must have their own personal laptop suitable for professional UI/UX design work.
• Candidates should have a good understanding of user-centered design and modern digital product design.

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our Product and Development teams to design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web applications.

You will be involved throughout the complete design process—from understanding product requirements and creating user flows and wireframes to designing high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain design consistency using Figma.
• Create interactive prototypes for product demonstrations and usability testing.
• Design responsive layouts for different screen sizes and devices.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Prepare design assets, icons, illustrations, and graphics required for development.
• Participate in brainstorming and product discussions.
• Understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Maintain and improve the product's design system and UI standards.
• Review implemented designs and provide feedback to developers where required.
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, design patterns, and industry best practices.

Important Company Policies

• This is a 100% Work From Office (WFO) position. Remote or Hybrid work is not available.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing within 10–15 km of Dwarka, New Delhi.
• Candidates living farther away may apply only if they are willing to relocate near the office before joining.
• Candidates must bring and use their own personal laptop for daily design work. The company will not provide a laptop for this position.
• Candidates should be willing to work additional hours whenever required during important project deadlines.
• All employees must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before joining.
• All designs, prototypes, assets, source files, and intellectual property created during employment will remain the exclusive property of the company.
• Candidates are expected to demonstrate a long-term commitment to the role and the company.
