UI/UX Designer / Product Designer 3-5 Years of Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer / Product Designer with 3–5 years of experience to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually polished digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UX research, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, design systems, and responsive design, with the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and contribute to design systems.
• Work on information architecture, navigation, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation when required.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and ensure smooth developer handoff.
• Review implemented designs and work with developers to maintain visual and functional consistency.
• Apply accessibility and usability principles, including WCAG guidelines.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain consistency across multiple screens, modules, and product experiences.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual and graphic design requirements.
• Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS and understanding of how designs translate into frontend development.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora and Lottie/JSON is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Understanding of information architecture and usability principles.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
• Good understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, grids, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraints.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and work within project timelines.

Good to Have

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS, B2B, fintech, AI/GenAI, dashboards, or data-heavy applications.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Understanding of data visualization and complex dashboard design.
• Experience working in Agile / Lean UX environments.
• Basic understanding of frontend development workflows.
