What we’re looking for…

• Proven UI/UX design experience
• Strong Figma or Sketch knowledge
• Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a plus
• Self-starter & flexible
• Ability to handle multiple active jobs under pressure on a daily-basis
• Is very creative with great communication & interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and decisively in design
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Things you’ll be working on…

• Work with developers and project managers to ensure flawless execution of visual design for Web, iOS and Android apps.
• Generate UI/UX documentation, user flows, prototypes, annotations and specs.
• Design beautiful brand & GUI components.
• Responsible for concept & design/layout. Help design all assets for marketing, email templates, social images, flyers, & more.
• Continuously search for inspiration & best practices, solve problems with innovative visual solutions & attention to detail.
• Prioritize multiple projects while meeting all key deadlines in a swift & efficient manner.
• Ensure consistent, efficient use of design systems and UI kits in all deliverables.

  Based on your portfolio, we may invite you to complete a short task that helps us better understand your approach and skills.

• Online interview

  If the task looks good, you’ll be invited to an online interview where we’ll talk about your previous work, your design knowledge, and the task you completed.

• Formal offer

  If you have passed all steps, we will make a formal offer and have you join our ranks.
