UI/UX designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience in designing user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interface design, and modern design tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to improve user experience
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure design consistency across platforms and products
• Translate complex requirements into simple and effective design solutions
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines

Mandatory Skills (Required)

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of UI design principles and UX best practices
• Experience in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with user research and usability testing methods
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of additional design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
