UI/UX Designer

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and drive the development of engaging, user-centered digital experiences. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into compelling design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Axure, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design improvements; utilize data analysis skills to interpret user feedback and analytics from tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Create engaging visual designs incorporating motion graphics, data visualization, interaction design, and web accessibility standards to enhance user engagement.
• Apply design thinking principles and best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design to craft intuitive interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, and digital products.
• Work within Agile methodologies such as Scrum to ensure iterative development cycles; participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews using tools like Jira.
• Maintain consistency in design patterns across multiple platforms by adhering to branding guidelines and UI/UX standards while collaborating closely with front-end developers skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Support requirements gathering sessions by translating complex business needs into clear design specifications; utilize APIs and other technical resources during the development process.

Experience

• Proven experience designing for web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, interaction design, and user research.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, Omnigraffle, Adobe Dreamweaver, Zeplin, and Visio.
• Solid understanding of front-end development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS/Less), JavaScript frameworks (React), Bootstrap or similar responsive frameworks.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies (Scrum), requirements gathering processes, A/B testing techniques including Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data analysis skills for interpreting usability metrics; experience working on e-commerce projects or mobile device optimization is a plus.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), usability assessments, and accessibility evaluations aligned with web accessibility standards.
• Experience working with APIs for integrating third-party services or data sources; understanding of product development cycles from concept through deployment.

Pay: From $47,304.00 per hour
