Ui/UX designer

• Core

  • Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces for every screen size: dashboards, web applications, and brand assets in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts planned from the first mockup, not retrofitted in code.
  • Translate designs into clean, responsive HTML5/CSS3 with cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders; conduct basic user research and drive usability improvements.
  • Optimize UI for performance and accessibility.

  Use of AI in Delivery

  • Use AI tools across the full design-to-code workflow (e.g., Figma AI, Claude Design, Adobe Firefly): concept exploration, asset generation, high-fidelity prototyping, and turning approved designs into working, responsive frontend code.
  • Review and own all AI-generated output: designs and code must meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards before delivery; work manually where judgment demands it.
  • Operate AI tooling strictly within approved platforms and data-handling policies, including licensing and IP constraints on generated assets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven UI/UX design and frontend experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both designs and live websites
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Good understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (preferred); familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus
• Hands-on production use of AI design and agentic coding tools, with workflow maturity over any specific tool; able to art-direct AI output through precise prompting, fast critical review, and catching off-brand, inaccessible, or broken results
