UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Understand business and product requirements and translate them into effective UX solutions.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.
• Create and maintain reusable UI components, design systems and style guides.
• Conduct basic user research, usability reviews and UX analysis where required.
• Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing product interfaces.
• Work closely with the Product Manager / Head of Product to understand requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Mobile App, Backend and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prepare clear design specifications and assets for developers.
• Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX inconsistencies before release.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colours, layouts, navigation and interaction patterns across ETPL products.
• Design simple and intuitive experiences for users with different levels of digital literacy, particularly where products involve government or public-facing services.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong command of Figma, including components, Auto Layout and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows and interaction design.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Good understanding of responsive design.
• Knowledge of design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong visual sense with good understanding of typography, spacing, colour and layout.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and understand technical limitations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating actual UI/UX and product-design work.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
