1. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with approximately 3 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The candidate will be responsible for understanding user requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to deliver effective digital products that meet business objectives and user needs.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, web applications, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyze user behaviour, and understand business requirements to develop effective design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, typography, colour palettes, and reusable UI components.
• Ensure responsive design and consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and improve designs based on user requirements and testing results.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, visual consistency, and a positive user experience across digital products.
• Maintain design documentation and update designs based on changing business and technical requirements.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, usability standards, and industry best practices.

3. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong design portfolio may also be considered.

4. Experience and Technical Skills

• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design is preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma is preferred; experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience in designing responsive websites, dashboards, web applications, or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design systems, reusable components, prototyping, and developer handoff processes.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving skills is required.

• User feedback, usability testing outcomes, and continuous design improvements.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
