UI/UX Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our SaaS application.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate product requirements and user problems into effective design solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis when required.
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review implemented designs and ensure consistency with design specifications.
• Use data, user feedback, and product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Contribute to the overall visual language and design standards of the product.
• Create prototypes to communicate and validate product concepts before development.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS, web application, or product design work.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Hands-on experience with Figma .
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity designs.
• Understanding of responsive and accessibility-focused design.
• Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Good to Have

• Experience designing B2B SaaS products .
• Experience with CRM, sales, marketing, lead generation, data, or AI products.
• Understanding of product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude.
• Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy applications.
• Experience working with design systems.
