Working hours: Availability to work U.S. business hours is required. Pacific Time (PST/PDT) is preferred; Mountain Time (MST/MDT) or Central Time (CST/CDT) schedules are also accepted.

About the role

We are seeking experienced UI/UX Designers to support the continued enhancement of customer-facing digital products and internal business applications. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences.

The ideal candidate brings a polished portfolio demonstrating a structured UX process, responsive web design, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy, information architecture, and user experience improvements across multiple applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Design responsive web experiences that provide consistent usability across devices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Apply accessibility standards and UX best practices throughout the design process.
• Review and refine existing experiences to improve adoption and user satisfaction.
• Support design-to-development handoff and review implementation to ensure alignment with design specifications.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• A portfolio showcasing web applications and responsive design, including your process, decisions, and contributions.
• Experience applying accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience partnering closely with software engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and translate complex business workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Availability to collaborate with distributed teams during U.S. business hours, preferably Pacific Time.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms, customer portals, or CRM-related applications.
• Familiarity with agile development environments.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Experience supporting ongoing product enhancements in fast-paced environments.
