UI/UX Designer

Salary: AED 6,500 - 7,000

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences for two innovative platforms:

• A video-based recruitment platform that enables candidates to create video profiles and helps employers discover and shortlist talent more efficiently.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product, development, and business teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and support business goals.

What you'll do:

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and gather design feedback.
• Translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain consistency by working within existing design systems and style guidelines.
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work across digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications, preferably for consumer-facing platforms.
• Experience working with AI-driven features, video-based interfaces, or marketplace/social platforms is a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively in a team environment.
