UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are hiring on behalf of our client. Our client is looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn complex software into intuitive, engaging products. You will oversee the end-to-end design process by conducting research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing polished user interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver functional, visually appealing features that solve user needs and support business growth.

Responsibilities

Research & Strategy

Conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing to uncover user needs and workflows.

Analyze user feedback and competitor trends to optimize interaction models and solve UX issues.

UX Design & Information Architecture

Map user journeys with storyboards, process flows, site maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Structure clear navigation, search functionality, and task flows tailored to product specifications.

UI & Visual Design

Design graphic interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and custom imagery.

Maintain design systems and visual standards for typography, colors, and layouts.

Collaboration & Execution

Present design ideas and deliverables to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Work with engineers to hand off designs and ensure accurate implementation in an Agile environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Education

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio of web and mobile application projects.

Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical & Design Skills

Proficiency in design and wireframing software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).

Strong grounding in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and rapid prototyping; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Creative problem-solving skills combined with sound business acumen.

Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management abilities in a team setting.
