UI/UX Designer - Mobile Applications (Android/IOS)

The Associate UI/UX Designer will help create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and designing visually engaging, functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive web and mobile experiences for various devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align designs with business and project goals.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and specifications.
• Apply user-centered design principles to enhance usability and user experience.
• Ensure consistency and responsiveness across web and mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of complex systems and applications.
• Proven experience designing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Portfolio showcasing mobile app designs, prototypes, and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, preferably in operations, procurement, or financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and cross-platform design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
