UI/UX Designer / Web Content Publisher

Work Setup: Hybrid (Dayshift/Midshift, shifting) - onsite at least twice a week in Ayala Makati.

UI/UX Designer

Qualifications

• Mid to senior level, 5+ years in UI/UX design for web applications

About the role

Create high quality UI designs for web applications. Translate concepts, wireframes, and requirements into polished visual designs.

Key responsibilities

• Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets that enhance user engagement
• Develop and maintain reusable component libraries
• Uphold brand identity across all product experiences
• Contribute to the evolution of the product's visual direction
• Partner closely with product managers and developers to bring designs to life
• Provide detailed design specifications for development teams
• Conduct and participate in design reviews and QA to maintain visual quality

Web Content Publisher

Qualifications

• 9+ years in web content management and publishing using enterprise CMS platforms

Key responsibilities

Publishing & Page Build

• Publish, update, and maintain web pages in Drupal using blocks, sections, and structured page components.
• Build and format pages using approved templates/components, ensuring correct placement, metadata application, and navigation/menu updates as required.

Quality Assurance

• Perform pre- and post-publish QA (layout integrity, link validation, component behavior, basic responsiveness, accessibility essentials like headings/alt text).

Governance & Workflow

• Follow content governance frameworks and publishing workflows, ensuring approvals, version control, and change traceability are observed.
• Maintain publishing checklists/documentation and continuously improve content production workflows for speed, consistency, and quality.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with Content Strategist/UX/Dev/stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve publishing issues, and escalate CMS/component constraints or defects.
