UI/UX Designer (Web / Mobile / AI Solutions)

Roles & Responsibility:

Join Hypthon to design digital products and AI-powered experiences for enterprise clients across Hong Kong, including government, financial institutions, and healthcare organisations. You will be involved in the full UX lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Design intuitive and engaging UX/UI for websites, mobile applications, enterprise platforms, and AI-powered solutions;
• Create user journeys, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;
• Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, information architecture, and usability testing;
• Develop responsive interfaces and scalable design systems using modern design principles;
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts throughout the entire project lifecycle;
• Present design concepts and rationale confidently to internal teams and clients;
• Stay up to date with emerging UX, UI, accessibility, and AI design trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of UX/UI or digital product design experience, preferably within a digital agency or technology company;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and polished UI execution across web and/or mobile projects;
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems and Prototyping);
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and responsive layouts;
• Good understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and user-centred design principles;
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies;
• Candidates with strong potential and relevant experience will also be considered.

Preferred Skill:

• Experience working on enterprise systems, CMS platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, HubSpot, Umbraco etc.), SaaS products, or AI-related projects;
• Understanding of design system and scalable UI architecture;
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards;
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools or workflows (e.g. Figma AI, ChatGPT, etc.);
• Motion design or illustration skills is a plus.
