UI/UX Developer

Key Reponsibilities

1. UI/UX Design & Development

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate business and user requirements into practical UI/UX solutions.
• Ensure consistency in design, navigation, usability, and overall user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

2. GenBlu Loyalty App

• Lead UI/UX enhancement initiatives for the GenBlu loyalty app.
• Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement.
• Design new features and improve existing app functions based on user needs and business objectives.
• Develop engaging experiences to encourage customer usage, loyalty, and retention.
• Work with GenBlu business and product teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

3. User Research & Experience Improvement

• Gather and analyze user feedback, behavioral insights, and usage data to identify UX improvement opportunities.
• Conduct usability testing and validate designs before and after implementation.
• Identify pain points across customer journeys and recommend improvements.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve overall product experience.

4. Product & Development Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Software Development, Project Management, and business teamsthroughout the product lifecycle.
• Convert product requirements into user flows, screen designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure usability, responsiveness, and design quality.
• Participate in product reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Design Standards & Innovation

• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design standards where appropriate.
• Ensure consistent UI/UX across GenCode digital products.
• Keep up with emerging UI/UX trends, mobile design practices, and digital customer experience technologies.
• Explore innovative ways to improve user engagement through personalization, gamification, AI, and digital experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Information Technology,Digital Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• in UI/UX, product design, web/mobile application design, orrelated roles.
• Strong experience with design and prototyping tools such as
• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of responsive web and mobile application design.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, user journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or mobile development is an advantage.
• Experience working with product and software development teams is preferred.
• Strong creative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
