UI/UX Developer (Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 2–4 years of experience in designing and developing user-friendly web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong UI/UX design skills, a good understanding of front-end technologies, and the ability to create visually appealing, responsive, and intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Ensure consistency in design standards, branding, and user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
• Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in UI/UX Design or Front-End Development are a plus.
