What they need
- Plan, design, and optimize user interfaces for intuitive experiences.
- Gather client requirements and translate business goals into user-centered solutions.
- Create prototypes and test new design concepts before implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Collaborate with clients and team members through effective communication.
- Assist junior team members and perform code reviews when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a Management-related course.
At least 3–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
At least 5 years of experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
Must have a UI design portfolio.
Some knowledge of usability factors and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
