Key Responsibilities

 Responsible to get updates pertaining the statutory compliance to be adhered at clients end

 Preparation and filing of confirmation statements

 Updating statutory changes at Companies House by preparing & filing relevant forms.

 Incorporation of limited companies

 Client creation on database software

 Maintain permanent files of clients

 Prepare letter of engagements for new clients

 Complete credit check and AML documents

 Agent authorisation (64-8) process

 HMRC Tax registrations (PAYE, CT, VAT)

 Send signing documents for client approval

 Professional clearance letter preparation

 Prepare board minutes and dividend vouchers.

 Report to client managers for ongoing tasks.

 Resolve any queries arising from client's end

Job Details & Requirements

• Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office Only)
• Experience: 1–4 years in UK Compliance | Fresher can also apply
• Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary: Rs. 30000 - 40000 pm

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
