Role: Process Associate /Sr. Process Associate

Client: Healthcare/Hospital
Location: Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru
Timings: UK Shift (12:30 PM 9:30 PM) or(2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

Working Days: 5 days working with rotational week off's

Eligibility

• Any Graduate
• 2 to 6 years of experience in Contact Center, Customer Support, BPO, Shared Services, Healthcare Support
• Experience in appointment scheduling or healthcare support is preferred
• Exp in any UK voice process is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and patient portal queries.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Assist patients with hospital services, appointment information, and general enquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Escalate complex cases to the UK support team when required.
• Follow quality, compliance, and data confidentiality standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Accurate data entry and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM or Patient Administration Systems (PAS) is an added advantage.
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and professional approach.
