  • Support payroll changes through requirements, design, testing, and deployment.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation in line with governance and control requirements.

  • Provide analysis and evidence to support project decisions and implementation readiness.

  • Develop and execute Payroll testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Ensure testing provides appropriate coverage of payroll requirements, processes, and controls.

  • Analyse test results, maintain supporting evidence and identify and track defects through to resolution.

  • Assess the potential payroll, financial, employee and compliance impact of identified issues.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress updates to the project team and management.

  • Build effective working relationships across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external partners.

  • Participate in project meetings, design workshops, and change discussions.

  • Support end-user engagement, deployment readiness, training, and documentation.

  • Participate in post-implementation support and lessons-learned activities.

  • Experience in project management and test planning including delivering to tight deadlines and working autonomously.

  • Ability to work with large data sets including complex analysis and problem solving. Strong Excel skill set required.

  • Logical, process orientated mind-set

  • Ability to work with others as part of a team including cross-functional and external partners.

  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation and with stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
