Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US / UK staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive US /UK staffing landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field (US/UK recruitment preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workforce Management Software.
