Navayuga Consultancy Services, Puducherry, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced US/UK HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

• Position: US/UK Recruiter
• Location: Puducherry.
• Experience: 1 to 2+ Years
• Industry: Recruitment / Staffing
• Employment Type: Hybrid ( only for US/UK Recruiter)

UK & US IT Recruitment, particularly for technology profiles such as developers and other IT professionals.

Candidates with 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment, international recruitment, UK recruitment or US recruitment will be preferred for this team.

• What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 1 Year of US/UK recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
• Ability to work with recruitment targets
• Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Willingness to learn and handle international recruitment
• Candidates with UK/US recruitment experience must.

We also Looking for IT/Non IT Recruiter:

• Position: HR Recruiter
• Location: Puducherry
• Experience: 6 Months to 2+ Years
• Industry: Recruitment / Staffing
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Mode: On-site
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Upcoming Specialized Recruitment Team
